We use conventional tools in an innovative way to engage our clients thus enabling them to move from where they are to where they want to be. That, as you will readily recognise, is both an intellectual and emotional journey involving re-learning and re-engaging. BTG is a personal development initiative aimed at developing our service users’ Intra-personal skills, in particular their social and cognitive abilities.
Bridging the Gap was first launched in March 2014, and since then we have delivered several very successful programmes.
What differentiates BTG?
Bridging the Gap (PLP) is not just another pre-employment programme. It is an employability initiative that teases out the core issues such as identity, self-esteem and self-image while providing learners with access and opportunity.
